The mission of our clinic is to provide you with the best possible environment in which to facilitate the transformation of your dis-eased state of mind, body and spirit. It is our goal to assist you in coming to an understanding as to just what ails you and what together we, you and the clinic staff, can do to return your health to the optimum according to your unique constitution.

1. Payment is due in full at time of service.
2. Payment accepted is Cash or Check. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
3. Upon request, a receipt for services will be given to you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. However, all claim submission and contact with the insurance company will be done by the patient.
4. Clinic hours are from 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments are available upon request. Latest appointment accepted is 5 PM.
5. Our time is valuable, please be courteous and arrive a few minutes before your appointment. We cannot guarantee full service time for late arrivals. Please call if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6. The first visit is $25 for initial counseling and $65 if with counseling and treatment, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out the required forms.
7. Subsequent visits for acupuncture and NAET are $50 if one/week and $45 if more than one visit/week.
8. Facial Rejunenation treatments are $40/session.
9. Training sessions are $40/one hour session. Rates are negotiable for extended training programs.
10. Children under 16 that are not receiving services are not permitted in the clinic.
